- Email address (required)
- Job title / profession (optional on some forms)

2-bis) Links to our product and subscription platforms
Our website is an informational site. Some pages (for example pricing or “subscribe” buttons) may link you to separate platforms or domains used to access the Tiresia products, create an account, start a trial, purchase credits, or manage subscriptions. When you follow those links, the processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy of the destination platform (not by this website policy).
3) Why we process your data and legal basis
We process your data to:
- Respond to your request and communicate with you (including arranging a demo if requested).
- Legal basis: the processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
4) Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
With your consent through our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure and understand website usage and improve website performance (aggregated statistics such as page views and interactions).
IP addresses: we do not store IP addresses in our own website systems. Google states that, when collecting data, Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses from EU users and drops any IP addresses it collects from EU users before logging.
5) Cookies and consent management
We use cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary cookies (required for the website to function)
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4), which are set only after you provide consent via our cookie banner
You can change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings available on the website. Our cookie approach follows the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidelines on cookies and tracking tools.
Because our website may use third-party resources (for example webfonts and embedded content such as maps or videos), those third parties may receive technical data (such as your IP address and device/browser data) when the resource is loaded. We manage non-essential cookies/third-party services through our consent banner, and the most up-to-date list of cookies and services detected on this website is available in our Cookie Policy.
6) Who we share data with (recipients / processors)
We share personal data only with providers needed to operate the website and communicate with you, such as:
- Website hosting provider: GoDaddy (hosting/technical operation of the website). GoDaddy provides a Data Processing Addendum for GDPR-related processing.
- Email provider: Google Workspace/Gmail (used to receive and reply to messages sent to info@tiresia.ai)
If you consent to analytics cookies, analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics 4).
We do not sell your personal data.
7) International data transfers
Some service providers (e.g., Google) may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers are carried out using recognized GDPR transfer mechanisms and safeguards.
8) Data retention
- Contact/demo requests: we keep the personal data contained in messages you send us (and our replies) for up to 12 months after the last contact, and then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer retention period is necessary (for example, to manage a dispute or comply with legal obligations).
- Analytics data (GA4): retention follows the settings configured in Google Analytics and is used for statistical purposes.
9) Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the personal data you submit through our forms and communications. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
10) Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, and request portability of your personal data, as provided by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority).
To exercise your rights, contact us at info@tiresia.ai
11) Children
This website is intended for professionals and is not directed to minors.
12) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when this page was last revised.
